Council approves Hidden Peak Provisions expansion to sell wine and hard cider

Staff recommended two conditions: no alcohol‑related signage visible from Main Street or 100 West and that all on‑site signage comply with city code. The staff report reiterated rules that the establishment must meet state thresholds for how much of total sales can be alcohol and other state standards.
Owner Sarah Parham introduced herself and described the restaurant’s use of local purveyors. A council member moved to approve the modification with staff’s recommended conditions; the motion was seconded and the council voted in favor.
The restaurant must still obtain any required state approvals and ensure signage meets city and state rules before changes in sales are implemented.
