District recognizes volunteers from each school and names Carl Webster district Volunteer of the Year

The board highlighted Carl Webster’s long-standing daily support, including unpaid service as an educational assistant and work on reading interventions; the board recognized him as a Tullahoma City Schools District Volunteer of the Year.
