Court temporarily removes GPS for pregnant defendant; orders referrals and field visits

Judge Boyd emphasized that positive drug tests would still prompt inpatient treatment if necessary.
The defendant confirmed she understood the plans and requested the CICADA referral to help complete parenting and substance-use programming.
The order balances short-term medical needs with ongoing supervision requirements: the temporary GPS suspension is time-limited and subject to reinstatement on hospital release and continued testing and program participation.
