- Resolution 26‑048 — Authorization for right‑of‑way acquisition and negotiations related to Newsome Lane/Rocky Fork Road improvements: staff explained appraisals and the need to authorize negotiations; the board approved authority for acquisitions and contingency negotiations.
What’s next: staff will proceed with permit filings, procurement steps and negotiations approved by the board and will return to the commission with contract values and any purchase agreements that require additional board action.
