Planning Commission reappoints Clark Gray as vice chair, defers chair vote

The Town of Nolensville Planning Commission on Jan. 13 voted to appoint Clark Gray as vice chair and postponed a vote for chair until the nominee can attend.
Commission members discussed nominations at the start of the meeting; a commissioner moved to reappoint Clark Gray as vice chair with a second, and the commission approved the appointment by voice vote. The body also agreed to delay a formal vote on reappointing Len Serafino as chair until Serafino can be present in February.
Town staff clarified that municipal staff (Brad) will continue to take minutes and act as the commission’s secretary, and commissioners thanked staff for more detailed meeting minutes at recent sessions. The meeting then proceeded to the consent agenda and other items.
