The Town of Nolensville Planning Commission elected Lynn Serafino chair during its Feb. 10 regular meeting. Commissioner (speaker S4) nominated Serafino and another commissioner (speaker S5) seconded; Serafino accepted and delivered brief remarks.
Serafino (speaker S2) said she was "honored to serve as chairman" and urged new members to "be patient with yourself" and to use the planning staff for guidance. She highlighted recent projects, referencing a November ribbon‑cutting for a village development and thanking staff and local developers for their work.
The election was completed by voice vote and the commission moved on to scheduled business. Staff noted there are several ongoing ordinance and surety items that Serafino will help steer in coming meetings.
