Alderman Leanan introduced four community-development items — including a rezoning request (REZ26-02) and a final plat (F26-04) related to property in the South of Telegraph Road area — and Council moved all four to the consent agenda. Alderman Rick Dunn opened five public-works hearings, including sanitary-sewer and a stream-bank stabilization project at 1030 Meadowview Lane; those hearings were also closed without public comment.
