ZBA delays minutes approval, planner reports no appeal on Plaza Landis; meeting adjourns

During the Feb. 10 business meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to continue review and acceptance of the Jan. 27 minutes to the Feb. 24 meeting to correct a referenced name and align the minutes with the tape and the variance decision. Jared Eigerman asked for additional edits and moved to continue the minutes; the motion was seconded and approved.
Planning staff (Caitlin Sullivan) reported there was no appeal filed on the Plaza Landis project, meaning that item is expected to move forward. The board then approved a motion to adjourn; the meeting closed with Chair Rob Champetti noting the next meeting will be in two weeks and that John Harding will join as a new member for that hearing.
No substantive policy votes were taken in the business session; the primary actions were continuances and routine announcements.
