He proposed an ongoing combined balance of roughly $118,000,000, which the presentation characterized as leaving about $52,000,000 in surplus “opportunity” to advance strategic priorities. “$52,000,000 to unlock the opportunities that we’ll talk about in the four priorities,” Beck said.
