Mayor submits DPS director appointment and urges residents to use ClickFix for potholes

Separately, Reardon described a morning pothole tour he took through neighborhoods, saying he filed roughly 20 to 25 ClickFix requests and urging residents to use the tool (pin location on a map, upload a photo and track status). "We just added that a couple years ago... Once you set up an account, you can literally pinpoint your location on a map," he said.
Reardon framed Turner's confirmation as the first step in larger DPS restructuring and praised her experience and citywide respect. The transcript does not record a council vote or date for the confirmation; the appointment remains subject to council approval.
