After deliberation, the board moved and seconded approval with a condition requiring the applicant to align the rear-facing upper floor window with the lower floor window and to match trim and siding details to the existing house. The motion carried unanimously among the four members present.
Staff will confirm the revised elevations before final plan signoff.
