Intergovernmental Agreement with Supervisor of Elections: Commissioner O’Malley moved and Commissioner Reece seconded to approve an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Altamonte Springs and the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections; the motion carried unanimously. City Manager Frank Martz recognized the working relationship with Supervisor of Elections Amy Pennock and Assistant Supervisor Jason Teaman and thanked city clerk staff for coordination.
Easement purchase — 729 Little Wekiva Circle: Commissioner Reece moved and Commissioner Turney seconded to approve an easement purchase agreement with Raymond and Donna DeMartino for property at 729 Little Wekiva Circle; the motion carried unanimously.
Planning Board appointment: Mayor Bates appointed Eric Henry to the Planning Board to replace Robert Godwin. Commissioner Reece moved to approve the appointment; Commissioner Brunscheen seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
No contested motions, roll-call dissent, or abstentions were recorded on these items during the meeting; each action was recorded as carried unanimously in the meeting minutes. The commission adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
