Dutko, Esq., as conflicts counsel at $4,500 per month (May 1, 2026–Dec. 31, 2027). - Transit: local match resolutions totaling $210,000 ($195,000 per Section 1513 and $15,000 per Section 1514) for fiscal year 2026–2027. - Human resources: multiple promotions, appointments and temporary hires across departments; numerous juvenile probation site coordinators appointed for 10-week terms beginning June 1, 2026.
