Oak Harbor delays public hearing on proposed parking ordinance to June 2

Residents wishing to speak were invited to attend the June 2 hearing, the May 26 workshop, or to submit written comments to the city clerk for inclusion in the public record.
The change was presented as an administrative scheduling decision; the council did not take a final vote on the ordinance at this meeting.
