The school board returned from an executive session and then voted to approve multiple personnel actions recommended by the superintendent, including hires, assurances of employment and leadership appointments for the 2026–27 school year.
Chair (speaker 1) opened the public business portion by presenting Item 17, a vote to approve proposed certified personnel actions listed on Schedule A “as recommended by the superintendent.” A motion was made and seconded; the recorded votes in that segment were all in favor and the motion passed.
The board then approved Item 18 (support personnel actions listed on Schedule B), Item 19 (assurance of employment for continuing support personnel listed on Schedule C), and Item 20 (assurance for professional non-bargaining personnel listed on the PNB schedules). Each item was moved, seconded and approved by unanimous recorded votes during those agenda segments.
Under Item 21 the board considered a separation agreement with Susan Fultz. After a motion and a second, the board recorded affirmative votes for approval and the separation agreement was approved.
Chair then asked Doctor Delich for recommendations on leadership positions. Doctor Delich recommended, “I would like to recommend Doctor Tony Rose as the chief of academics.” The board voted to approve that recommendation after a motion and second.
Doctor Delich also recommended, “I would like to recommend Doctor Debraun Davis as the chief of schools and staff.” The board moved, seconded and voted to approve that recommendation.
Following the completed business the board took a motion to adjourn, which was seconded and approved by recorded affirmative votes.
The meeting minutes, schedules (A, B, C, and PNB) and the text of the separation agreement were referenced on the agenda; the transcript does not provide further substantive detail about the separation agreement’s terms or the individual personnel actions listed on the schedules.
