The clerk conducted roll call; Chairperson Chavez and Councilors Barrett, Bustamante, Faulkner and Figalli all registered “yes.” The chair declared, “Motion passes.” No public comment was offered during the designated public comment period.
The meeting included a short presentation recognizing the Public Utilities Department’s employee of the month for April 2026. Staff reported no additional matters from the department or the committee. Chairperson Chavez announced the next committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, and then adjourned the meeting, saying, "And with that, we're adjourned."
