Board grants one-year extension for Brady pool project after contractor change

Board members confirmed there have been no intervening ordinance or zoning changes that would affect the approval. Board counsel had prepared a resolution drafted to grant the extension; the board moved and seconded the resolution and members responded affirmatively on roll call. The board noted the extension requires that the applicants start the authorized work by the new deadline (applicants referenced a target start of February 5, 2027).
The motion carried on the record with board members voting in the affirmative. The board encouraged the applicants to coordinate with township staff to ensure permit timelines and conditions are met before construction begins.
