Trustees asked about capacity, staffing and the possibility of expanding Bridge (special‑education preschool) to another site such as Luther; staff said capacity and space drive expansion and that the district would coordinate with the business office and child‑nutrition and other departments to identify funding and rooms. Trustee Tanaka asked about retention (keeping preschool families in the district for TK and elementary), and staff noted the district uses home‑school assignments and transfer processes to manage site placements while encouraging families to remain in Cypress School District.
