The council adopted Resolution 2026‑16 authorizing renewal of the city’s Microsoft 365 licensing and related agreement, which the law director said is required “to continue its operations.” Resolution 2026‑17 approved the purchase of a dump body and accessories for the service department not to exceed $83,355, and Resolution 2026‑18 authorized purchase of a Freightliner 108 SD cab and chassis not to exceed $132,368. The council also adopted Resolution 2026‑19 to contract with Monarch Construction Inc. for repair of a partial roof collapse in the building department, not to exceed $63,105; Building Department representative Mr. Thomas said contractors were ready to start and asked for council support.
