Gene Milford of Milford Associates presented the plans. Engineering staff reported that grading/drainage and other elements of the plans failed to comply with parish ordinances and subdivision regulations (lots not graded to drain to street/major drainage artery, certification or approvals required from pollution control and Department of Health for water and sewer, and road division signage approval). Staff recommended approval contingent on resolving the engineering report items and allowing a rear‑drain exception where appropriate.
Commissioners moved and approved the staff recommendations; the applicant will work with engineering and return required approvals before final platting.
