On Ordinance 2026-05, council approved authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with Lineage Mailing Services LLC (Lineage Connect) to provide printing and mailing of utility statements and delinquent notices. Staff member Lacy reported the city solicited six bids, two were in-state and Lineage (a Kansas City provider) offered the lowest cost and the ability to meet the city’s two-day mailing radius.
