Council debate was brief and limited to clarifying questions about coverage and whether the contract included both software support and hardware replacement; staff confirmed the renewal covers both. The presenter said the hosts use NVIDIA A16 video cards that are virtualized to supply graphics to users.
Motion and vote: a council member moved, a second was recorded, and the vote passed unanimously among the four present members (Mayor Indicott, Mr. Rajaratnam, Mr. Haymon, Mr. Gorman). The motion carried; the contract was approved.
