Officer Presley and Mr. Bird explained that the department sent initial letters on Jan. 28 and hand-delivered follow-ups on March 12 to licensees who remained delinquent. Staff reported recurring noncompliance at multiple locations, with examples including a Quality Restaurant Concepts location operating as Applebee's that last attended CAST on April 13, 2023 (so the certification expired April 13, 2024).
