Associate Planner Adrian Flores said the plan—prepared by staff and consultants Blue Streak Environmental and Impact Sciences—includes a community and a municipal greenhouse gas inventory and a roadmap of strategies across energy, buildings, transportation, resource conservation, green community and resilience.
