The Hauppauge Union Free School District board recessed into an executive session on March 31, 2026, to discuss the employment history of a particular person and to seek legal advice from the board attorney, the chair said.
“We're going to be going into executive session um to talk about the employment history of a particular person as well as seeking legal advice from the board's attorney,” the chair said. The motion to enter executive session was made by Dr. Craft and seconded by Mr. Buster Marino. The public transcript records the chair asking, “Any discussion? All those in favor,” and then noting the board would return at 8:05 p.m.
