Members then approved a street closure application for Second Harvest Food Bank's Soup Crawl scheduled for Oct. 1, a temporary parking permit for 901 North Briar Road for a May 9 open house, and signatures on a plat for 1200 West Memorial related to the city's permanent supportive housing project. Board member Alan abstained from the plat-signature vote after stating he serves on the board of Open Door, which was identified in the discussion as the recorded owner of the parcel. All other motions were carried by voice vote.
No roll-call tallies with individual votes were recorded in the meeting transcript; each item was approved by the board using the standard "all those in favor say aye" procedure recorded in the minutes.
