The commission also proclaimed April 24, 2026, as Arbor Day and accepted the Elmo Police Department February 2026 report and the city manager report by one-resolution acceptance. On contracts, the commission approved change order #1 to the water meter replacement project agreement with Ferguson Waterworks for $69,669, revising the contract to $1,551,414.89; staff said the change reflects installed quantities and will be covered under Drinking Water SRF funding.
