The motion was seconded and passed on a roll-call vote with Trustees Bain, Broadhead, Thompson, Quimby and Grayson recorded as voting yes.
Immediately afterward the board approved a second motion "to install employee H.2 as interim superintendent for the remaining of the school year." That motion also passed on a roll-call vote with the same five trustees recorded as voting yes.
