The Foster City Planning Commission on April 16 approved a use permit for substantial additions to a waterfront house at 116 Flying Cloud Isle, including a 1,448-square-foot second-floor addition and a 332-square-foot first-floor expansion, following staff presentations, an architect’s solar analysis and neighbor comments about sunlight loss.
