Parents and board members said athletic schedules (managed by the Arbiter system) are not reliably visible on the public district calendar or ParentSquare, and urged staff to "marry" the systems so the community can see home events and fundraisers on one public calendar. Staff responded that buildings and administrators have access to a shared Google calendar that feeds the website and ParentSquare, and that the district is working to integrate athletics scheduling with that calendar.

Separately, board members described inconsistent teacher practices in Skyward—some teachers entering zeros before later updating grades and others using missing flags—creating confusion and occasional eligibility problems for student athletes. Administrators confirmed Skyward is the official transcript source and that expectations exist for timely grade entry; staff said they would research system capabilities and follow up on policy guidance. They noted an established practice that students absent for an excused reason generally have two days to complete missed work, and that state interscholastic guidance (PIAA) can affect eligibility rules depending on schedule format (period vs. block).

Board members requested clearer instructions for staff and advisors, better calendar integration, and follow-up on grading-entry expectations to reduce avoidable eligibility impacts on students.
