One administrator noted avoiding a potential $1,300 external charge to remove a middle-school rooftop unit as an example where in-house capability saves funds.
The board discussed timelines and shared plans to seek bids for pool work. There was no formal vote to authorize a specific contract at this meeting; the update was informational and planning-focused.
