The board approved a building-grounds committee recommendation to grant an easement that will allow Mount Rogers Community Services to run three power poles to an adjacent construction site; the county will receive a dusk-to-dawn light at the rear of the county parking lot as part of the arrangement. "We'll give them the easement if they'll give us a dust-to-dawn light," a committee member summarized.
