Board passes routine resolutions, approves principal appointment and construction items

On facilities and contracting, the board approved Change Order No. 1 to Gura Construction Group for retaining‑wall concrete revisions for the Briarwood Elementary School modernization project and adopted Resolution No. 26‑21 authorizing procedures and guidelines for selection of a lease‑leaseback contractor. These actions passed by recorded vote 6–0.
