The council approved resolution 02-1726 to award construction for the 142nd Street paving project (Meredith Drive to Waterford Road). Staff described the project as a joint effort with a neighboring jurisdiction to share costs, and reported an engineer’s estimate near $6.7 million with bids coming in around $5.5 million.
