The Lebanon Planning Commission approved the minutes of Feb. 24 and March 17, passed a five‑item consent agenda and closed a public hearing that drew no public comment.
The consent agenda included: preliminary and final plat approval requests by Prologus for Mountain View (two‑lot subdivision on about 135.08 acres at 700 Bridgestone Parkway, Ward 4); final plat approvals by SB Barton Village Sub LLC for Barton Village phases 4A/4 and 5A (115‑lot conservation subdivision, about 34.9 acres at 1139 and an unaddressed Pinhook Road property, Ward 3) and phases 4B/5B (28‑lot, about 28.24 acres); and a preliminary site plan by Woodland Airstream for a non‑residential development on about 2.07 acres at 105 Glide Pathway in the South Hartman overlay (Ward 4).
Earlier in the meeting staff opened a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the future land use plan for about 22 acres at 653 Highway 109 South (Ward 4) — the commission asked if anyone wished to speak, received no public comments and closed the hearing. Motions to approve the minutes and the consent agenda were made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
The items approved on the consent agenda will follow the normal permitting and recording processes as applicable.
