Daily attendance averages were discussed as roughly 93% at both elementary and secondary levels; the district described a three‑day absence trigger that initiates outreach and documentation in SchoolTool.
Presenters also announced three approved grants: two competition grants to create outdoor classrooms and programming (elementary and secondary) and a district impact grant to pilot Leader in Me micro‑credentialing. The district said the Leader in Me pilot would be at no direct taxpayer cost and could allow students to earn micro‑credentials that appear on transcripts.
