MSD Lawrence Township board approves student-device and mental-health contracts and applies for Common School Loan

The MSD Lawrence Township Board of School Trustees voted to approve two major procurement items and to authorize a Common School Loan application during its meeting.

Mental-health contracts: The board approved the RFP interview committee’s recommendation to award school-based mental-health services to two providers: Jane Pauley (assigned to several elementary sites and the district diagnostic day-treatment program) and Adult & Child (assigned to a separate set of elementary, middle and high schools). Ms. Niemeyer told the board the selection emphasized capacity, crisis support, competitive compensation and professional-development offerings.
