Board members raised routine logistical questions about chaperones and lodging arrangements; staff said teachers and advisers will confirm rooms and travel plans and that additional permission paperwork will be handled per district policy. The board did not attach special conditions to the vote.
The approval follows standard district practice for extracurricular overnight travel. The adviser said they will provide final itineraries and required permissions ahead of the trip.
