The chair opened the meeting at 2:22 p.m., called for public comment on the budget amendment, and—after hearing none—the board closed the hearing and moved through the remaining housekeeping items. A motion to adjourn carried by voice vote.
The budget amendment recognizes tax-increment revenue that was not included in the original 2026 budget because the staff and board had conservatively assumed the project might not trigger. No dollar amounts were given during the explanation, and no public comments were received during the hearing. The board did not identify individual movers or seconders on the record; votes were recorded as voice approvals from those present.
