Following brief board discussion the board approved the plan. "I move that we accept the hostel acre subdivision plan as presented," a board member said; the motion was seconded by Mr. Bray, and the motion passed by voice vote.
The approval clears the subdivision's drainage plan as presented; the applicant thanked the board after the vote.
