Alan Holmes was nominated and elected board president by voice vote after nominations were opened. The board then filled the vice-president vacancy left by Janet’s departure, electing Brian Allen Ball by voice vote. Nikki Schaefer was nominated and approved as board secretary.
Board members welcomed Mark Killings to his newly elected seat and acknowledged Brian Allen Ball’s reelection to the board. The chair noted signatures were needed for district paperwork following the officer appointments.
