Committee seeks sample RDC performance contracts from DED to assess compliance

The member said the councils operate under contracts (not political supervision) and requested staff provide a sample agreement and relevant dates.
The committee agreed to ask staff to assemble the contracts and report back on whether updates are needed and how to assess compliance.
Next steps: staff will provide a sample RDC-DED contract for committee review and a timeline for when updates occurred.
