The Yucaipa‑Calimesa Joint Unified School District board approved a series of contracts, purchases and program plans by motion during its meeting.
Action items included approval of legal services agreements (with Atkinson & Wilson and Solomon APC), authorization to purchase a 40‑by‑80‑foot tent for a high‑school quad area, a glass chiller for the Oak View High School kitchen, and 16 transport cabinets for child nutrition. The board also approved the 2025–26 Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) Block Plan for the Yucaipa‑Calimesa Joint Unified School District and accepted a revised list of appointed members to the district administrative hearing panel for 2025–26. A professional learning agreement for Green Valley High School and several policy and personnel waivers (including a variable term waiver for a speech‑language pathologist) were likewise approved as part of the agenda.
