The Palo Alto Unified School District board on Jan. 20 heard the parcel-tax (Measure O) citizen oversight committee report that the committee ‘‘determined to the best that we can’’ that 2024–25 parcel-tax expenditures comply with the measure’s ballot language, and recommended tighter coordination between parcel-tax allocations and the district’s annual budget process.
