Walla Walla Public Schools said students at the Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) will restore a historic bell that will be installed at Blue Devil Stadium.
The district presenter said the bell came from the former Blue Creek school, which the presenter said was acquired by District 4 and is now a fire station. The presenter thanked "Chief Golden" and District 4 for helping secure the bell, which has been preserved since about 1980, and said CTEC students are restoring it as a project that will become part of future school-game traditions.
The presenter described the work as a community partnership and said the bell restoration is expected to be visible at games in the fall of 2026–27. No financial details or timeline for the restoration were provided on the podcast.
