The Vineland Board of Education on April 1 moved through routine agenda items and recorded several roll‑call approvals.
The board voted to approve the March 24 combined meeting minutes and the March 25 special meeting (adopt tentative budget) minutes; the motion carried on roll call. Personnel items 1.1 and 1.2 were presented, moved, seconded and approved on roll call. Procedures and operations items 2.1–2.5 were approved by roll call. Finance items 4.1–4.24 were presented and approved after members noted recusals from specified items; a single board member identified a set of agenda numbers from which they were recused and the remainder were approved. The board also approved payment of bills for February 2026, with recusals noted for specific vendor numbers.
The public comment period produced no speakers. No items were tabled or sent for further study during the meeting, and no binding policy changes beyond the approvals on the agenda were recorded.
Motions on each agenda block were moved and seconded from the dais and concluded with roll calls that the chair recorded as "motion carries." The board adjourned at the meeting’s end.
