District launches community strategic‑planning calendar with broad visioning and student engagement

Trustees praised the transparency and breadth of outreach and asked staff to keep the board regularly updated. District staff said monthly board updates will continue and that the final community‑informed plan is intended to guide district budgeting, leadership priorities and site implementation over multiple years.
Next steps: design team meetings and additional large convenings are scheduled through the school year; staff will return monthly with updates to the board.
