Paramount Unified moves July meeting to July 17, schedules August governance session

Board member Cruz moved to adopt the new dates; Board member Martinez seconded. Online voting opened and the motion passed unanimously. The change was recorded during the meeting as a formal motion and approved 5–0.
Superintendent Dr. Lidle explained scheduling constraints: several trustees are at statewide conferences in mid‑July and will return partway through the week. The board also confirmed the Aug. governance session will follow the board self‑evaluation process.
