Board reports unanimous votes on expulsions, suspended expulsions and a certificated separation agreement

The Marysville Joint Unified School District board reported several personnel and disciplinary actions taken in closed session during its Oct. 28 meeting.
According to the report out, the board voted unanimously to approve several expulsions (including student codes E.H.252608 and others) and approved multiple suspended expulsions and associated suspended expulsion contracts. The board also approved a revocation of one suspended expulsion contract (E.H.25242574), also by unanimous vote.
Separately, the board reported a 6–0 vote in closed session to approve a separation agreement for a certificated employee identified in the record as employee number 9947. The board did not release identifying student or employee names during the public report and the actions were summarized by code numbers and counts.
