Board places motion to consider removal of member Polola Pascarella on next meeting agenda

The motion was seconded on the floor. The chair said that pursuant to statute and board policy, the motion would be placed on the agenda for next week's meeting, that no discussion would occur at the current meeting and that action (in the form of a resolution) may be taken at the subsequent meeting after required notice to the affected board member.
No vote occurred at the Feb. 18 meeting; the matter is scheduled for formal consideration at the next board meeting per the chair's statement.
